Check it! In this updated retelling of Shakespeare's classic As You Like It, it's the 90's and Arden Park is about to get crazy. Brothers Orlando and Olly Da Boyz are fighting over an inheritance. The Brothers 'Duke', Frederick and Senior, are falling out over their music company. Rosalita and CeCe (cousins and daughters the the Dukes) decide to dress up and get out on their own. After disaster sends Frederick on a tyrannical frenzy, Olly and his servant, Adam escape to the park to hide. Having met Olly and fallen in love with him, Rosalita sets out to find him, as well as her father, Duke Senior, with CeCe. HashTag, the class clown and faithful friend to Rosey and CeCe joins them as well and along the way they meet a host of friends(?) that further complicate their journey. From Jack, the melancholy scholar, to Silas, a farmhand desperate to win a woman who can't stand him, the characters all meet, fight, change and ultimately join together for a four-wedding finale to set everything right. With hip-hop influences and gratuitous nods to pop culture, As Y'all Dig It will prove once again that 'all the world's a stage'!
